REGISTERED NURSE - FLOAT POOL

Description

Job Summary:           

• Perform individualized patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.        
• Improve patient safety and quality.        
• Productive team behavior (service to guests, physicians, and fellow team members).       

Qualifications

Education:                
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama required.                 

Experience:                
New graduate up to experienced nurse preference by hiring unit. Passing medication test required.                

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified within one year of hire date.
