PHYS THERAPIST- PRN (8943)

Job Summary:        

• Perform patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines.    
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out the plan of care (i.e. appropriate decision-making skills).    
• Assure patient charges and productivity report are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner.    
• Demonstrate organizational time management by completing work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime.    
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.      
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.    

Education:                
Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.                
Experience:                
New graduate accepted; experienced outpatient therapist preferred.                  

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Good computer skills for documentation.
