This experienced level position plays a critical role in supporting our workforce lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to retention and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a seasoned HR professional, with strong HR technical knowledge, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organization. Prior HR support experience in a clinical or healthcare setting highly desired.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Assist with total compensation components including salary administration, benefits administration and communication, FMLA and leave programs management.
- Employee relations, engagement, and retention.
- Performance management and service award programs.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, performance, and employee relations.
- Support HRIS data integrity, reporting, and system/process optimization. HRIS implementation experience is a strong plus.
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

- BS Degree in related field of study (HR Management. Organization Development, Organizational Leadership, Workforce Development, or Business Admn) required.
- Professional HR Certification preferred (i.e. SHRM PHR, SPHR, CP, SCP; HRCI APHR, SPHR)
- Must possess five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, compensation/benefits administration, and general HR best practices. Prior experience in a clinical, healthcare, or medical setting a strong plus.
- Strong HRIS proficiency; experience with system implementation is a significant advantage.
- Must have prior experience with FMLA and other leave management principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, professionalism, motivation, and commitment to outstanding internal customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.
