ENV SVCS ASSIST I FT - 2nd Shift (11861)

Job Summary:        

• Complete all required paperwork on a daily basis (duty list).    
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning:10-step cleaning process, high profile cleaning, and EVS.    
• HRC System - Log in/out of discharge rooms appropriately and ensure discharge times are below 60 minutes.    
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.      
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.     

Education:                
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write and to follow oral and written instructions.                 

Experience:                
Approximately one to two weeks on-the-job training necessary to learn sanitation principles and techniques, hospital layout, and department policies and procedures.                

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Some computer skills required to complete annual CBL's and to check e-mail.
