Job Summary:
- Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity, staff education and competency.
- Administer medication, IV therapy, and nursing policies.
- Make rounds on new admits as well as any issues.
- Evaluate staffing based on census and make changes accordingly.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse. Supervisor experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified.
