Job Summary:
- Review all charges and perform chart audits for assigned units - 4E/3E/3W/CCU.
- Run monthly reports and Critical Alert reports; collect and file monthly reports from all floors.
- Maintain assigned unit directors' calendars, schedule interviews, etc.
- Maintain employee files, add new employees to schedule, update phone lists, etc.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills required.
Experience:
Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Administrative support experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
BLS certification required within 3 months of hire date.
