Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interaction.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects the welcoming atmosphere of the resort or hotel environment.
- Support guest relations by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations, fostering loyalty and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
