What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route driver/service tech position at Culligan?
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Route Driver / Service Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and is interested in learning a skilled trade.

- Pay: $19-$21 per hour (based on experience) commission

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and service water treatment equipment on an established route
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Perform basic maintenance and service tasks (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of service and deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Plumbing or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
