What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined territory (Olathe, St. Joseph, Topeka)
- Generate new business through networking, canvassing, referrals, and events
- Conduct in-person consultations and water tests
- Present customized drinking water and filtration solutions
- Convert leads into closed sales (company-provided self-generated)
- Manage your pipeline: calls, appointments, demos, follow-ups
- Collaborate with leadership and sales support to sharpen skills and hit goals
- Uncapped commission — top performers earn $150K
