What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day branch operations, from the front office to the warehouse floor.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers — delivering excellent service and resolving issues on the spot.
- Manage branch inventory: receiving, storage, cycle counts, and coordinating shipments.
- Oversee facility upkeep, safety, security, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with recruiting franchise staff as needed.
- Support accounts receivable/payable basics — payment processing, billing questions, and account updates.
- Manage delivery and service call routing to keep the branch running efficiently.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and uniform requirements across the branch.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly, professional, customer-focused demeanor and sound independent judgment.
- 2 years of office administration and/or service center or in-home operations experience preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
