Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including data entry, cash handling, and order processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using Microsoft Office tools and internal CRM databases.
- Conduct outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Connect with web, social media and telephone sales leads to build the sales department sales appointment pipeline
- Schedule customers for service calls and/or route delivery
- Recommend Culligan products and services to customers
Requirements
- Previous experience customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
