What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent – build a winning team!
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business development efforts are aligned and supported
- Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven experience successfully managing in-home/outside sales teams
- A self-motivated, high-energy leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities
- 4 years of management experience in residential or outside sales
- Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- Direct-to-consumer sales and field training experience
