Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – Specialty 1 (EHS Systems Technician). The work will be done onsite at one of our client’s U.S. facilities. This is a long-term 12-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $49.53/hr full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
Cullerton Group is seeking a versatile Analyst/Developer to support enterprise EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) systems through rapid application development, dashboard creation, and data-driven automation. This role will focus heavily on .NET development, Power BI reporting, Power Platform automation, and Python/R analytics to build new tools, migrate legacy systems, and support urgent deliverables. The engineer will work across multiple internal platforms to produce high-quality dashboards, compliance tools, and workflow applications that enable real-time insights and streamlined EHS operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain .NET applications for fast-turn EHS deliverables and new product needs
• Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, including Safety Stats and Environmental Metrics
• Perform complex data analysis using Python and R, creating new reporting logic for newly structured datasets
• Create and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to improve EHS workflows and automate processes
• Support system integration and migration efforts from legacy platforms to modern .NET-based tools
• Collaborate with the Global EHS Governance Team and cross-functional partners to gather requirements and deliver timely solutions
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience (bachelor’s degree: 2 years; high school/associate degree: 3–4 years)
• Strong technical experience with .NET development, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, R, and data analytics
• Ability to manage change in fast-moving project environments
• Experience developing dashboards, analytics tools, or workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting EHS, compliance, or operational systems
• Background in cross-functional collaboration and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of enterprise data structures, Salesforce data sources, or Catalyst-based reporting systems
• Exposure to system migrations and modernization projects
