Job Title: Installer

Duties/Responsibilities:
In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Previous Insulation experience a plus
- Clean Driving record a plus, with potential additional compensation on starting wage
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire a plus
Physical Requirements & Essential Functions:
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and work at heights.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces.
- Bend, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead for extended periods.
- Work in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
- Wear required PPE, including respiratory protection when necessary.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
Working Conditions:
- Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators
- Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors
- Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels
- Are on occasion exposed to high places
- Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van
- May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions
- May work physically near other installers
