Position Overview
Cullen & Dykman LLP is seeking a full-time Records Clerk to join our Uniondale office. This is an in-person position responsible for maintaining the firm's physical records, responding to file requests, and supporting day-to-day records management operations.
Responsibilities
- Open, organize, and maintain client and administrative files.
- Retrieve and process file requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the storage and retrieval of records with off-site storage vendors.
- Enter and maintain records information in the firm's records management system.
- Organize, label, and move files and boxes as needed.
- Assist with other records management and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of records, file room, or administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience working with alpha-numeric filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $40,000 – $45,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
