Key Responsibilities
- Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Conduct database testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain Tosca automation scripts for ETL and database testing.
- Collaborate with development, data engineering, and QA teams to understand requirements and test strategies.
- Troubleshoot data and workflow issues, document defects, and drive resolution.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in ETL testing and database testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and test case creation.
- Hands-on experience with Tosca automation and other ETL/database automation tools.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data flows, and ETL tools.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and execute automated tests for ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or similar fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to performance and regression testing for data pipelines.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation integration.
