Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced AWS Solution Architect specializing in Automation and Observability for a long-term engagement in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud solutions, building automation frameworks, implementing observability platforms, and driving secure, cloud-native engineering practices using AI/ML where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver large-scale AWS solutions leveraging cloud-native, microservices, and distributed systems architectures.
- Lead the design and development of CI/CD pipelines, automation testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
- Build cloud automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
- Implement advanced observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
- Enhance monitoring and automation using AI/ML or NLP frameworks for predictive insights and anomaly detection.
- Champion Shift-Left / Shift-Right security practices including SAST, SCA, secrets detection, RASP, and chaos engineering.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to define architectural standards and best practices.
- Lead cloud governance, performance optimization, observability maturity, and operational automation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance across the organization.
- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on AWS architecture and cloud engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash.
- Deep experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI/ML or NLP tooling as part of automation or observability enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end security within DevSecOps including SAST, SCA, secret scanning, RASP, chaos engineering.
- Strong communication, leadership, and solution design skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Miramar, FL.
- Must be able to work on W2 (No C2C).
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Hybrid Onsite presence required in Miramar, FL as needed.
