Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, personality, and efficiency
- Stay current on menu offerings, daily specials, and any updates
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and care
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Refill drinks, clear tables, and respond promptly to guest needs
- Assist in special events and promotional activities
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or casual dining setting
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and solution-oriented
- Flexible availability to meet restaurant and cinema scheduling needs
- Food handler’s card may be required, depending on local regulations
