Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility by enforcing sanitation standards, health regulations, and security system
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, training, incentive programs, and overall restaurant organization.
- Step into GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through table visits, feedback engagement, and community relationship building.
- Uphold company standards for food, service, and restaurant presentation.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management.
- Promote company culture, values, and policies while fostering a positive, hospitality-driven environment.
- Develop and coach team members at all levels through regular feedback, one-on-one reviews, and consistent training to support growth and performance.
- Enforce company policies and standards while addressing performance issues with fairness, accountability, and professionalism.
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
- In depth understanding of KPI's, specifically relating to COG's & Labor
