Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Lead who can move between departments and help wherever the warehouse needs support. This person should be a problem-solver, a quick learner, and someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
What You’ll Do- Start each morning by checking which department needs the most help
- Move between receiving, picking, packing, smallwares, and other areas throughout the day
- Complete special projects such as organizing the damaged section or cleaning up work areas
- Support regular warehouse tasks: unloading, stocking, picking/packing, labeling, pallet building, etc
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving)
- Forklift experience required
- Someone flexible and able to work in any department
- Strong problem-solving skills and “figure-it-out” mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude
