You will manage all aspects of menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor, food cost control, catering, and sanitation compliance. Additionally, you’ll handle all financial reporting and take a hands-on approach to personnel management, including hiring, coaching, training, and developing team members to ensure operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
