HRIS Architect
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Architect to lead the design, integration, optimization, and governance of enterprise HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday and ADP. This role will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure HR technology solutions effectively support workforce operations, compliance, reporting, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for Workday and ADP.
- Design, configure, and optimize HR system architecture, workflows, and business processes.
- Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Manage data governance, security roles, compliance, and system controls.
- Oversee integrations between Workday, ADP, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party applications.
- Lead testing, data conversions, system documentation, and end-user training.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and leverage technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Support workforce reporting requirements and ensure HR data integrity across systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with both Workday and ADP.
- Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR; employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with HR system integrations, security administration, and data management.
- Advanced Excel and Reporting
- SQL (preferred)
- Dashboard design/implementation via Power BI.
