Culbertson Concrete Pumping Service is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Concrete Pump Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. We are looking for a professional with concrete construction experience who takes pride in quality work, excellent customer service, and safe equipment operation.

·        Must be 21 years of age or older

·        Valid CDL Class A driver’s license required

·        Experience in concrete construction required

·        Good driving record

·        Must pass a pre-employment DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and background check

·        Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy

·        Must maintain eligibility to operate commercial motor vehicles under all applicable federal and state

regulations

·        Reliable transportation to and from work

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        Ability to work effectively with general contractors, project managers, and customers

·        Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

·        Must be dependable and willing to work early morning start times as required by project schedules

·        Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding

tasks

·        Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

·        Current or previous certification through the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) as a

Concrete Boom Pump Operator and/or Concrete Line Pump Operator

·        OSHA 10 Construction Certification

·        TWIC Card

·        Additional concrete construction and industry-related certifications are a plus

·        Safely operate concrete pump trucks and related equipment

·        Set up, operate, and clean pumping equipment at job sites

·        Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks

·        Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

·        Work closely with contractors, project managers, and customers to ensure successful concrete

placements

·        Represent Culbertson Concrete Pumping Service professionally at all times

·        Report to work on time and prepared for scheduled dispatches and job site requirements

·        Maintain a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment

·        Early morning start times are common

·        Overtime may be required

·        Occasional weekend work may be required based on project demands and customer schedules
