We collaborate directly with Zillow through their exclusive Zillow Flex program, connecting you with motivated buyers and serious seller leads. These are not cold calls or vague prospects; these are live, ready-to-go opportunities. We train you to convert them effectively with the right strategy and follow-up.
If you hold an active real estate license, we will equip you with everything you need. From managing tour requests to developing consistent habits, our agents learn how to cultivate a strong client base. Many of our team members close 2–3 deals each month within their first 90 days using our proven system.
We start with hands-on onboarding. In just 5 days, you'll cover everything from lead calls to client consultations to crafting compelling offers. You'll be showing homes and writing contracts right away.
What we're looking for:
- Manage the entire real estate process and keep your clients informed throughout.
- Write accurate, clear contracts and handle all documents with care and on time.
- Use property data to help clients make smart offers and pricing decisions.
- Respond promptly, stay in touch, and never miss a follow-up.
- Maintain a clean CRM and track every lead—especially from Zillow Flex.
