We are looking for a Principal Customer Delivery Manager to join our team.
As a Principal Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind the success of our customer accounts. You’ll oversee the integration and delivery of CUJO AI’s cutting-edge products and services, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
- Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Sales teams to align on deliverables and priorities.
- Lead architecture reviews, change management processes, and incident resolution efforts.
- Manage customer billing, cost estimation, and growth projections.
- Facilitate firmware and cloud development testing, live sessions, and release communications.
- Maintain and audit system access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support customer systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
- 4 years in customer-facing roles, including 2 years in Customer Success.
- 3 years in a Customer Delivery Manager role or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of firmware delivery and AWS fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with incident and change management, backlog triage, and cross-functional coordination.
