Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
- Manage POS system and cashier
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and payments
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity
- Know information about the establishment
- Maintain a clean and organized host station, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or cashier in food service or restaurant settings preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills to create memorable experiences
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
