Duties
- Process cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including smoothies, juices, and coffee drinks.
- Handle food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills
- Previous experience in coffee or beverage preparation is preferred.
