Cuesta Fence LLC is a locally owned and licensed fencing company serving San Luis Obispo County. We specialize in residential and commercial fencing, gates and access control systems — from chain-link and wood to vinyl, ornamental iron, and fire-resistant steel systems. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our installation crew. This position involves hands-on fence construction in a variety of environments. You’ll be expected to take direction, maintain professionalism with clients and teammates, and contribute to a positive jobsite atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, repairing, and installing various fence types
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Follow instructions and learn Cuesta Fence installation methods
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean work area
- Work efficiently and respectfully with the crew and customers
Requirements:
- Must be respectful, punctual, and willing to be coached
- Farm, construction, or related labor experience required
- Fence installation experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all conditions
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
