JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly competent and driven Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can serve as our marketing platform expert. This role partners closely with assigned sports and enterprise clients to lead both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of marketing principles, advertising tactics and channels, social media, and creative storytelling, along with the curiosity and agility to quickly learn new industries and build strategies that outperform expectations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in strategic plan development for sport and enterprise clients
- Plan, launch and manage marketing campaigns across a wide variety of platforms, including (but not limited to):
- Paid Digital Ads: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic
- Email Marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms — segmentation, automation, and nurturing
- Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performance
- Lead in copywriting as needed for the above marketing executions
- Campaign reporting - turn marketing performance data into clear reports that highlight insights and inform smarter campaign decisions
- Execute marketing campaigns from concept to launch, identifying what’s needed and asking the right questions to ensure success
- Manage and execute website content and necessary updates for CUENTO and select clients.
- Partner with creative team (graphic designers, videographers) to develop thoughtful, on-brand marketing assets that support objectives
- Management of creative projects within marketing platforms (Trello, Wrike) with proficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must meet the following minimum requirements:
- 3–7 years of marketing experience in a cross-functional or generalist capacity
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign creation and execution, leveraging data and insights to develop smart and effective marketing assets
- Sports marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to pinpoint needs and ask the right questions to ensure strategic alignment and successful campaign outcomes
- Passion for the process, with proven hands-on experience completing projects from planning through execution
- Strong analytical skills are required with proven ability to gauge performance, impact and create recommendations to further growth and address insights
- Ability to handle a high volume of responsibilities across multiple clients
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to write for a variety of platforms
- A “jack of all trades”, comfortable supporting a wide variety of marketing functions, adapting easily to shifting priorities
- Familiarity and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as:
- Project Management: Trello, Wrike, Asana
- Marketing Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/automation tools
- CMS & Content Tools: WordPress, Squarespace, Mailchimp
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, Tableau
- Surveying: SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Typeform
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Advertising: Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Creative: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud
