Experienced Diesel Mechanic for Snyder, TX

Performs high-level mechanical functions for designated District under minimal supervision. Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. Primary Duties are performed at remote work sites. Troubleshoots mechanical entities to determine problems and offer improvements when necessary. Performs periodic maintenance services to all CES equipment and related sub-components in the shop or on the job site. May be responsible for maintaining parts inventory on the job site. May be assigned a vehicle and must maintain assigned vehicle according to Company standards. Performs day-to-day repairs on CES equipment as scheduled and required. Maintains work orders and records with sufficient background to ensure requirements for quality have been met. Provides mechanical assistance to other mechanics as required. Practices good housekeeping keeping. Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary. This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
