What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Part Leader position at cuckooamerica?
Responsibilities
- Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)
- High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawk
- Update and manage product listings
- Provide regular reporting on all sales
- Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
- Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Be responsible for individual actions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
- Working experience with online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) preferred
- Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eligible to work in the US
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
Salary Range: $ 52K – 60K
