Finance Staff

Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support our finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and assisting cross-functional departments with accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the In-house data
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in accounting is required
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

Salary Range: $60K ~ $67K
