Your role in our success: 

The Senior Manager, Treasury & Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's capital management, financing, treasury, credit risk, and financial analysis activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the Company's financial strength through capital planning, debt and equity program administration, credit risk management, liquidity forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The position serves as a key business partner to Treasury, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Development, Regulatory Affairs, and business unit leadership to ensure sound financial decision-making, effective risk management, and alignment with corporate financial objectives. The role also leads the
Company's enterprise-wide credit management function and administers the corporate purchasing card program to maintain strong governance, internal controls, and operational effectiveness.

What you'll be working on:

  • Support execution of the Company's short-term and long-term financing strategy, including debt issuances, credit facilities, and capital markets transactions.
  • Administer and manage equity programs, including DRIP, direct stock purchase plans, and ATM offerings.
  • Analyze capital structure, liquidity, financing alternatives, and financial impacts on earnings, cash flow,
    and credit metrics.
  • Manage interest rate risk activities, including exposure monitoring, hedge analysis, and risk mitigation
    recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting liquidity forecasting, capital planning, valuation, and
    strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors,
    Audit Committee, investors, and regulatory proceedings.
  • Support treasury-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through
    financial modeling and integration planning.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and credit rating agencies; coordinate financing activities
    and monitor external market conditions.
  • Lead the Company's enterprise-wide credit risk management function, including oversight of residential,
    commercial, industrial, wholesale, and counterparty credit exposures.
  • Develop and administer credit policies, credit approval processes, risk mitigation strategies, and
    collateral requirements aligned with the Company's risk tolerance.
  • Evaluate customer and counterparty creditworthiness through financial statement analysis, payment
    history review, credit agency data, and market intelligence.
  • Establish and monitor credit risk metrics, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends, exposures, and
    emerging risks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on credit risk, financing strategies, and financial risk
    management matters.
  • Administer the Company's corporate purchasing card program, including policy governance, compliance
    monitoring, internal controls, and program optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury, credit, and financial operations through
    process enhancements, automation, and best practices.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or credit management.
  • Experience with capital markets, financing structures, credit analysis, and financial modeling required
  • Strong knowledge of corporate treasury management, capital markets, debt financing, and financial risk management.
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience within a regulated utility, energy, banking, or capital-intensive industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, credit risk management, and customer credit evaluation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, capital structure optimization, and liquidity management.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms preferred.
  • Standard driver’s license.
