POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid | Michigan
Salary Range: $48,000 – $68,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a key connector across departments and external partners, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives from vendor communications and project coordination to content development and community outreach. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong interpersonal skills, digital marketing proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Partner Coordination- Serve as the primary point of contact with external marketing vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners.
- Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Obtain and review vendor proposals, track invoices, and assist with approval workflows.
- Coordinate between departments to gather content, testimonials, and materials for marketing campaigns (e.g., obtaining video footage and interviews from clinical staff, coordinating with office teams to drive patient or client reviews).
- Act as a liaison to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of marketing assets across all departments.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, project kick-offs, and cross-functional check-ins related to marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Support email marketing campaigns including drafting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor digital analytics and prepare basic performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO support, and online listings management (Google Business Profile, Healthgrades, etc.).
- Track the progress of ongoing marketing projects and campaigns, maintaining organized timelines, status updates, and documentation.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital graphics.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events such as community health fairs, open houses, seminars, and staff appreciation activities.
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, vendor sourcing, materials preparation, and on-site support.
- Track event budgets and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field plus .
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (social media scheduling tools, email platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, medical, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with online reputation management and review generation strategies.
- Google Analytics certification or equivalent digital marketing credential.
