We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to join our on-site team in Chatsworth, helping to streamline operations and ensure smooth scheduling across our programs.
Position Overview:
The Scheduling Manager will play a key role in coordinating ABA therapy schedules, supporting clinicians, families, and administrative operations. This position requires a highly organized, dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced ABA environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ABA therapy schedules for clients and clinicians
- Coordinate with staff, families, and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Utilize ABA scheduling and practice-management software such as MeasurePM, CentralReach, AccuPoint, TheraWe, and other platforms as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates across systems
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing team productivity
- Support administrative tasks related to client appointments and staffing
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in ABA scheduling or similar practice coordination
- Proficiency with ABA scheduling software and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
