Job Summary
As a Planning and Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) testing programs for utility vehicles. This role focuses on planning, tracking, and executing test programs, working closely with design teams and suppliers rather than performing hands-on testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and validation processes for utility vehicle programs
- Plan and coordinate testing activities across:
- Virtual analysis
- Lab testing
- Field validation
- Manage end-to-end testing programs, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with:
- Electrical & Mechanical Design Engineers
- Suppliers and external partners
- Track program progress and perform critical analysis of test data and results
- Coordinate, assign, and review work performed by:
- PV&V engineers
- Lab technicians
- Mechanics
- Communicate program status and updates to all stakeholders
- Provide technical support to:
- Product Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Quality
- Supply Management
- Marketing teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Agricultural Engineering
- OR equivalent practical experience
- Experience in product development and/or verification testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and present technical data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with data analysis and PV&V testing
- Knowledge of utility vehicles or off-highway equipment
- Familiarity with root cause and corrective action methodologies, such as:
- PDCA
- 8D
- 5 Whys
