LINE SUPERVISOR
Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening Shifts Available

What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily kitchen line operations and ensure all food meets Cubby’s standards.
- Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation on every plate.
- Check prep levels, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and log any waste.
- Maintain proper cooking and holding temperatures for all items.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set up, maintained, and cleaned throughout the day.
- Train and coach line staff on techniques, food safety, and procedures.
- Communicate with the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Line Manager, and service team to keep meal periods running smoothly.
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Assist with deep cleaning, inventory, and prep organization.
- Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- 1–2 years restaurant experience (line cook or supervisory preferred — but if you’re awesome, we’ll train you)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and ready to have fun — because fun is non-negotiable
