Cuban Roots Cultivation, LLC, dba Robust, is a cannabis company dedicated to helping Missouri. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help on our post-harvest department of our facility. Duties include trimming, packaging, bucking, pre-rolls, and other miscellaneous cannabis duties.
A cannabis trimmer is mainly responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming to prepare marijuana plants for sale. You must de-fan plants, precisely weigh and record them, trim off sticks when the cannabis dries, and sustain cleanliness and organization of their work area.
Required Skills
Trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating the product. They also must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains.
Pre-roll agents must be able to accurately weigh the pre-rolls, as well as identify various marijuana strains and have an attention to detail.
Cannabis packagers must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains.
Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, candidates must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.

Additional Requirements
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the associated state agency to receive an Agent badge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
