Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Bar and pub.
- Implement and manage POS systems for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members, including assistant managers, to enhance performance and promote career growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock for operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Skills
