Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading front-end operations to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, achieve sales and labor objectives, maintain operational accuracy, and ensure a safe and positive environment for customers and associates.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop front-end associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide daily direction, assign responsibilities, ad communicate department priorities, expectations, and procedures.
- Train associates on front-end processes, checkout standards, cash handling and company policies.
- Conduct probationary and regular performance reviews in partnership with store leadership.
- Monitor customer service levels and ensure prompt response to customer needs, questions, and assistance requests.
- Monitor front-end labor utilization and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency while maintaining service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned or delegated.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership, grocery operations, or department management preferred.
- Work is performed primarily in a retail grocery environment with occasional travel to other company locations for meetings or business needs.
- Social skills and verbal interaction, reading and writing
