At Cuadra Pediatric Dentistry, we're looking for an energetic, caring, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
- Help create positive dental experiences for children and families
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate records
- Explain treatment plans with families/guardian
- Educate patients on healthy dental habits
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Be a smiling face that helps children feel comfortable and confident
What We're Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience preferred.
- Friendly, positive attitude and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy pediatric office
- Team player who enjoys helping others
- Loves working with kids and making a difference
Qualifications and Skills:
- Dental Assistant experience preferred (pediatric experience is a bonus!)
- Current Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Ability to work well with children and help create a positive dental experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Comfortable using computers and dental software
- Positive attitude and a great sense of humor
