Position: Journeyman Electrician

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone capable of managing electrical projects from start to finish, as well as handling service calls independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and/or residential job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and up to code
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and service calls
- Order materials and manage job site logistics
- Provide mentorship and support to apprentices and junior electricians
Requirements:
- Valid Montana Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 4 years of electrical experience, including foreman-level responsibilities
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
