POSITION SUMMARY
This internship position will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, tracking, and return of clients’ workstations and CU*Base Update Appliances ordered by clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Install and configure software on new PCs.
- Transport equipment between CU*A office locations.
- Set up PC hardware with internal users.
- Configure CU*Base Update Appliances.
- Document and track equipment in motion.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware set up and software configuration.
- Securely delete data on PCs.
- Checklist documentation evaluation and process improvement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- Strong desktop support skills, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
- Ability to maintain detailed tracking records of equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
