SUMMARY:
The Encompass Administrator is responsible for onsite support and administration of Encompass360.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Software Support
· Address staff software concerns as it pertains to functionality
· Explore and correct business rule errors
· Interact with the software provider to address and correct issues
· Create requested forms and templates within the software
· Collaborate with Management and Quality Control to ensure the software is performing within State and Federal Compliance Guidelines
· Perform software updates and provide oral and/or written communication to the staff pertaining to specific changes from the developer.
· Manage and update plug-ins
· Create and distribute reports both daily and monthly
Development of Processes and Procedures
· Review and consult on departmental use of software
· Propose and implement departmental processes and procedures for efficiency.
· Developing and updating software training policies and procedures.
· As needed, design, and update new platforms that are released from the software to enhance the owner/partner experience.
· Implement and maintain a tracking software to provide a source for what rules are in effect and what personas have access to in terms of fields and file
· Cross-train on additional software systems including but not limited to EPPS
OTHER DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Required:
· Communicate with the IT department for changes to the network infrastructure as needed
- Ability to learn and master a variety of new software programs
- Basic knowledge of the mortgage process from loan origination through processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing and secondary.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry’s policies and procedures, as well as a knowledge of both State and Federal lending regulations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedural and instructional manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to input data accurately and efficiently into computer software systems.
- Ability to attend accurately to many details in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and work independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma.
Experience: 2 years with Encompass 360 and/or IT support.
Licenses/Certifications: Encompass360 preferred.
Physical Abilities: Working on PC based software platforms daily.
