Job Descriptions：
The Reporting Manager plays a key independent technical and disclosure role, responsible for ensuring timely and compliant SEC reporting and robust technical accounting analysis. This position ensures that all financial statement disclosures align with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, supporting audit processes and the implementation of new standards. The manager maintains independence from transactional accounting, contributing critical technical expertise and oversight to the financial reporting function.
Responsibilities：
- Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including Form 20-F, Form 6-K, Form S-8, and other registration statements with 100% compliance with deadlines.
- Manage detailed tie-outs and support schedules for financial statement disclosures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate internal and external reviews of SEC filings, resolving comments and feedback efficiently.
- Research and document complex technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP, producing high-quality memos and position papers.
- Implement updates to reporting for new SEC requirements and US GAAP standards within specified timelines, ensuring ongoing compliance and accurate disclosures.
Qualifications：
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting roles.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial disclosure requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting practices and processes.
- Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications：
- Experience supporting GAAP conversions or complex transactional analysis.
- Strong advisory experience on accounting implications for new standards or transactions.
- Background in audit support related to disclosure matters.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
