We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for HOTD HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD DAY 0 game in the Americas. This role will focus on driving user growth, campaign performance, and overall business results through data-driven marketing strategies and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in mobile gaming, mobile apps, or performance marketing environments, with a strong understanding of user acquisition, ROI optimization, and growth-focused marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities：
Develop, implement, and manage annual multi-channel marketing plans with clear KPIs.
Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for all marketing activities.
Lead the execution of product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
Requirements：
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion, and LTV.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications：
Experience in mobile gaming, free-to-play (F2P) games, or mobile app marketing.
Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
Experience supporting international or multilingual marketing campaigns.
