About CTV Media
CTV Media, Inc. is a media planning and placement firm specializing in regional and national linear TV and streaming buys. Founded in 1980, we bring digital-style analytics to linear media through our proprietary platform, Engage4U, giving clients cross-screen visibility, refined scheduling, and measurable ROI.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Junior Campaign Manager to join our media operations team. In this role, you'll manage active broadcast & cable advertising campaigns working directly with station partners to gather reporting, resolve discrepancies, and keep campaigns on track. You'll also spend significant time in Excel, turning raw station data into clean, accurate, client-ready reports.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable with numbers, confident communicating with external partners, and not afraid to follow up until they get the answer they need. Salary is in the mid-five figures.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate directly with cable and broadcast stations to request campaign reporting, as-run logs, and post-buy data
• Follow up with station reps to resolve missing, late, or inconsistent information
• Review campaign data for accuracy, flagging and resolving discrepancies before reports go out
• Build, format, and maintain reports and trackers in Excel, including formulas, summary tables, and pacing sheets
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure deadlines and client commitments are met
• Support the broader team with organized recordkeeping and clear documentation of campaign details
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing effectively when things get busy
• Other responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail - you catch things others miss
• A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
• Comfortable and confident working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, formatting, and organizing data)
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, professional, and clear in written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• A team player who takes ownership of their work
Nice to have (not required)
• Prior experience in media, advertising, or broadcast/cable operations
• Familiarity with platforms such as Strata, Nielsen, or similar media tools
• Experience with campaign reporting or reconciliation processes
