The IT Technician’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks and our top priority is finding the right person who aligns with our culture, mission and integrity-based values.
Headquartered in Sparta, Illinois, Complete Technology Solutions is seeking individuals that are passionate about technology to join our client-focused and collaborative team. Standard work hours are typically Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with paid overtime included as needed.
At CTS, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a part-time Dispatcher in Sparta, IL (in other companies this person could hold the title of Service Dispatcher, Dispatch Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator) to coordinate service requests and ensure timely technician dispatch and ticket resolution.
This is an onsite role based in Sparta, IL.
Hours: Part-time, Maxmium of 29 hours per week
In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal technicians using ticketing systems to manage service requests, prioritize and assign tickets, and oversee scheduling and dispatch operations while maintaining high service standards.
To be successful in this role, you will effectively manage incoming service requests, maintain accurate ticket records, and ensure all work is properly assigned and tracked through completion. Demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail while supporting billing readiness and contract compliance.

General job duties include:
Triaging and assigning tickets
Dispatching technicians to client sites
Overseeing and managing service tickets
Answering client phone calls and providing customer support
Handling service order calls and follow-ups
Ensuring tickets are ready for billing and covered under contract
Required Experience:
Typing and Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and customer service experience
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Experience:
Experience with ticketing systems
Interest or familiarity with technology
Compensation:
The compensation is expected to start at $18.00/hr. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
