Warehouse Manager (Urgent Hire)

Position Summary

CTS Global Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager. Responsible for warehouse operations, staffing, productivity, inventory, and safety performance. This role supports warehouse receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, safety, productivity, and customer service.

This management position leads daily execution, develops employees, manages resources and service levels, resolves escalations, and delivers measurable operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution and team performance for warehouse receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, safety, productivity, and customer service, ensuring accurate, timely, and service-focused results.
• Plan staffing, schedules, workload, priorities, training, cross-coverage, resources, and performance expectations.
• Manage inbound appointments, receiving, unloading, counting, inspection, labeling, staging, and put-away.
• Manage inventory location control, cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments, damage, holds, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage orders, picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, value-added services, staging, and outbound loading.
• Monitor KPIs, quality, productivity, service, financial results, and recurring issues; implement corrective actions and report material risks.
• Maintain compliance with Company safety, security, inventory-control, quality, equipment, documentation, and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Coach employees, resolve escalations, coordinate across functions, and lead practical system, workflow, documentation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; equivalent highly relevant experience is also considered where appropriate.
• 5 years of progressive relevant experience, including 3 years of management or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, labor planning, warehouse safety, and service quality appropriate to the level of the position.
• Ability to use warehouse-management systems, CargoWise, barcode or scanning tools, Microsoft 365, and inventory-reporting platforms accurately and efficiently; willingness to learn Company-specific systems and workflows.
• Demonstrated accuracy, judgment, organization, problem-solving, professional communication, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in freight-forwarding, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, CargoWise, barcode scanners, inventory controls, and shipping documentation.
• Forklift or powered-industrial-truck certification is preferred where equipment operation is part of the role.
• Knowledge of OSHA, warehouse safety, security, hazardous-material, and quality requirements.
