Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and supportive environment for our patients, fostering their emotional well-being.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of mental health disorders with the highest level of clinical expertise.
- Provide focused and individualized care to each patient, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Show empathy and compassion in your interactions with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and the treatment team.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients through regular follow-up appointments.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in distress.
- Collaborate closely with our team of mental health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices and emerging trends in therapy.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Current and active NJ state licensure and certification for (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC).
- Ability to work with both Adolescent and Adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy in working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
